No. The whole point is that there is no clinic visit and no venous blood draw. You take a small finger-prick dried blood spot at home in about five minutes and post it back in a prepaid envelope.

A cellular health check measures markers inside your cells, such as intracellular NAD+ and the minerals held in your red blood cells, rather than only what is circulating in your serum. Because most of these markers sit inside the cell, a cellular measurement reflects how your body actually produces energy and manages stress, which a standard blood panel does not capture.

A standard blood test measures NAD+ in serum, which is only 5 to 10 percent of the body's total and is not metabolically active. An intracellular test measures the 90 to 95 percent inside the cell, where energy production, DNA repair and sirtuin activity happen. A normal serum result can mask a genuine intracellular deficiency.
